How do I return an item?

To return an item(s), please include the confirmation email that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return.  Send the returned item(s) to the address that appears on this email.  Good must be returned within 3 weeks of order date - unworn and unwashed.  We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered), or we can hold a credit against your membership for future purchases if chosen.  Customer satisfaction and loyalty are important to us and we apologise if a product does slip through our Quality Control System.  Any comments would be appreciated.  Send to Maternity-Me, P.O. No returns on Seconds Goods.  Exchange of Seconds Goods at the discretion of the company.

No returns on $15 Maternity Wear.  Exchange for size is allowable with $5 postage included.

No returns on Petite Wear.  Exchange of Petite Wear at the discretion of the company.

Please note that returns may take up to 30 days to process.

How can I exchange a product?

If you would like to exchange colour or style, please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements.  Include $5 (cheque, money order or credit details) for re-delivery within Australia, and $10 re-delivery to New Zealand (credit cards only).  No re-delivery fee applies when exchanging size (Australia only).  If possible please include an alternative as we may have sold out of your first choice.  For overseas exchanges cost will be at original frieght charge.  Please do not re-use our courier bag.  We will endeavour for refunds and exchanges to be processed within 48 hours of receipt.  Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated.  Comments would be appreciated.  Send to P.O. What do I need to know about refund cheques?

All refunds can be held in credit against your membership for future purchases if requested.  On occasion we may owe you an amount which is $5 or less in total.  Our policy is to hold this amount and deduct it from your next order.  You may request a refund cheque for the total amount owing at any time by emailing customer service, mm@maternity-me.com.au.  Comments would be appreciated, please send to P.O. We are principally a retailer.  Retailing can utilise a number of facilities and functions including shops (off the street and in shopping centres), the Internet, promotional material (using various forms including paper and electronic mailouts), credit and other card systems, lay-by arrangements and rewards schemes.

Because of the nature of our business it is necessary to obatin personal information from time to time.  We will however not be unduly obtrusive nor obtain or use information in an inappropriate manner.  We will only ask for an use personal information we reasonable need to conduct our business.  If you have received any promotional material and do not wish to receive it then upon letting us know we will not send it to you.

5. Safekeeping and need to know handling

As part of us keeping your personal information private we will only allow access on a need to know basis.

However in accordance with the privacy law we give you access to your personal information we hold and you can correct misinformation (except where it would be inappropriate or exempted by law e.g. - where it would require disclosing someone else's personal information, but we will provide you with reasons).
